Blood Gas Capillary Tubes

Capillary tubes for blood gas analyses are made from heavy walled glass, suitable for 2.3 mm Ø adaptors. The uniform heparinisation secure proper function of the tubes for blood gas analysis. The Blood Gas Tubes are also available in plastic with sodium heparin in the same sizes as the tubes in glass. The plastic tubes offer an alternative to glass and can be selected where a plastic option is preferred for handling and safety considerations, without compromising compliance with the standard.
